Andrew has considerable experience in accounting, tax planning and auditing for companies of various sizes, from SMEs to listed companies, both local and overseas. He is in charge of a diverse client portfolio ranging from listed companies, regulated corporations such as securities investment and brokerage companies to manufacturing, trading and architecture companies.

Canio has been in the accounting profession for over 15 years. Canio had worked in Ernst & Young for 8 years. He has extensive experience in corporate audits of pre-listing and listed companies, and medium to large private entities. He also has considerable experience in special assurance and advisory assignments in relation to corporate restructurings and fund raising exercises.

Mr. Ronald Fong is the Audit Partner of ZHONGHUI ANDA CPA Limited (“ZHONGHUI ANDA”). Prior to joining ZHONGHUI ANDA, he had worked in one of the Big4 International accounting firm, Deloitte, over 9 years. His last position in Deloitte was a Manager. Mr. Fong has around 15-year experience in auditing and all round business consultation.

Ronald has extensive experience in corporate audits of pre-listing and listed companies, medium to large private entities and multi-national corporations. He has been experienced in serving clients with cross-border businesses. He is good at providing practical suggestions, compliance advices or solutions to clients facing difficulties during the process of their business development. In addition, Mr. Fong also has considerable experience in special assurance and advisory assignments in relation to merger and acquisitions as well as fund raising exercises.
