Programming Objective:
This seminar aims at introducing to the audiences the listing requirements of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The speaker will introduce the respective roles of management of the listing applicants and the professional parties. The speaker will also discuss the time line of a typical IPO application and some major issues an listing applicant must pay attention to prior to listing.

Mr. Mario Ngan 顏興漢先生
Mario has extensive working experience in auditing, accounting and corporate finance field. He has held senior finance positions in various Hong Kong or Singapore listed companies. Mario also has considerable experience in IPO cases both internally as chief financial officer and externally as a major of team member of IPO reporting accountants.
