Programming Objective:
This seminar aims at providing preparers of corporate governance reports and other professional in financial and governance areas an overview of corporate governance, the new corporate governance codes and guidelines and the corporate governance report disclosures. The speaker will also discuss some common issues in the context of corporate governance in the IPO and resumption projects.
