Programming Objective:
This seminar is dedicated to accounting and finance professionals for an update of the Revised SME-FRF & FRS which are effective for a qualifying entity's financial statements that cover a period beginning on or after 3 March 2014. The seminar will cover the revised and new requirements of the Revised SME-FRF & FRS such as business combination, consolidation and goodwill impairment. The speaker will also cover some existing requirements which are sometimes overlooked or misunderstood.
